The Largest Known Star

The Powers of Ten by Charles and Ray EamesI love stuff that puts scale into perspective. The largest known star was sent to me by a friend of mine and is a trippy excursion into how tiny we really are in the scale of things. It reminds me of Charles and Ray Eames’ Powers of Ten which is a self-required “refresher course” I engage in every so often to pull my out of a tailspin into minutiae.

Make sure to wait for the images to load (and it’s not a bandwidth issue, rather, a wanting you to fully grok it issue).
